This portion of our site is designed specifically to meet the needs of those who have requested copies of medical records from a Nova Records Healthcare Provider Member. You may use the site to check on the status of any request we have received from you.  You may also communicate with us via the email link we have provided for your convenience.

To access information about a request, you will need your Requester ID Number and the two letter abbreviation for the State included in the billing address we have on file for you. If you don't know your Requester ID Number, you may find it on any previous invoice we have sent you.  Your Requester ID Number is included on virtually all of our correspondence to you.  If we have not yet sent you anything or if previous correspondence from us is unavailable, you may call us at 732-698-9950 to obtain it.
